FYRO connects customers with workers and societies. This page says what we collect, why, who can see it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Your name, phone number and password (stored only as a hash). For workers: skills, service area, availability, identity documents, and payout details you choose to add. For bookings: pickup and drop addresses, messages in the booking chat, ratings, and payment records.
Four purposes are needed to run the service: checking identity, matching and location, payments, and welfare administration. One is optional: product analytics without your name. You agree to these when you sign up and can change the optional one any time from your profile.
We ask for your device location only when you tap a button that needs it, such as using your current location as the pickup. Workers share live location only while on a job or when they choose to be visible.
Documents are stored in private storage and opened only through short-lived links for you, the admins, and managers who review KYC. Please upload only a masked Aadhaar; if a full number is ever captured, only the last four digits are kept.
The other party in a booking sees the name, rating and live location needed for that job. Your society leader and district federation see work and welfare records for their members. Payment providers process payments. We do not sell your data.
Retention periods for KYC documents, chats and location history have not been confirmed yet and will be published here. Until then, nothing is deleted automatically except when you delete your account.
From your profile you can see your consent, withdraw the optional one, download a copy of your data, and delete your account. Deleting is blocked only while a booking or payout is still open.
The grievance officer's name, email and phone have not been published yet. They will appear here before public launch.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, its version changes and you are asked to agree again.
