Cooperative
labour
Infrastructure
Household trades, loading crews and goods transport, booked directly from registered cooperative societies. One published rate, one published commission, every deduction itemised.
Labour organised by its own societies, not by a middleman.
FYRO is not a labour contractor. It is the booking and settlement layer for registered cooperative societies — the society holds the membership, verifies the worker and arbitrates the dispute. We move the job and the money.
The fare is agreed before the job starts and never surged. From it the platform takes a published 1% commission, and the society takes its bye-law share. Both are shown to the worker, line by line, on every single job.
A rate a worker cannot read is a rate a worker cannot refuse.

one register.
Household & Repairs
Brown register
Carpenters, licensed wiremen, plumbers, painters, gardeners, cleaners, caregivers and domestic help — booked directly from the society that holds their membership and their verification.
One dial, three
registers.
The division selector is a detented rotary, not a dropdown: three fixed positions 120° apart, so a member can find their own register by feel on a cheap phone in bright sun. It collapses to a plain list below the tablet breakpoint.
The rate card is the
whole contract.
The fare is quoted from this schedule before you confirm, and it is what you pay. No surge multiplier, and no renegotiation at the door.

What every member is owed.
Three undertakings that hold whichever division a member belongs to.
Jobs are offered to nearby verified members in turn, so income does not concentrate on whoever opens the app fastest.
The price is agreed before the job starts. No surge on top, and no renegotiation at the door.
What is left at the end of a distribution window is split among the society, not retained by the platform.
