By creating an account or using the FYRO platform, you agree to provide accurate booking, vehicle, and identity details, and to conduct every pickup, delivery, and labor job in accordance with applicable local and state regulations.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Any activity under your account, authorized or not, remains your responsibility until you notify FYRO support of a suspected breach.
FYRO connects customers with independent drivers and Hamali workers; it does not itself own vehicles or employ workers. Fares shown before you confirm a booking are final for that job, but FYRO is not a party to the underlying transport or labor contract.
To the extent permitted by law, FYRO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delay, cancellation, or dispute between a customer and a driver or Hamali worker — use "Report an issue" on the booking to escalate any problem to our team.
We collect the location, booking, and account data needed to match you with a driver or Hamali worker, show live tracking, and process ratings. Data in transit and at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption.

FYRO never sells your individual booking or location data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve matching and route quality.
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Andhra Pradesh.
