About FYRO middleman.
FYRO — Find Your Right One — is an on-demand logistics marketplace launching in Andhra Pradesh. We connect customers who need cargo moved or loaded with verified truck drivers and Hamali labor, matched in real time, tracked live, at a fixed fare shown upfront.
FYRO is not a labour contractor. It is the booking and settlement layer for registered cooperative societies — the society holds the membership, verifies the worker and arbitrates the dispute. We move the job and the money.
A rate a worker cannot read is a rate a worker cannot refuse.
Jobs are offered to nearby verified members in turn, so income does not concentrate on whoever opens the app fastest.
The price is agreed before the job starts. No surge on top, and no renegotiation at the door.
What is left at the end of a distribution window is split among the society, not retained by the platform.
